Ordering
I have set up my website to display some of my designs for sale online. In order to do this I use Paypal and accept credit and debit cards. If you would like to make a purchase in the online shop click on the item you are interested in to have a better look, and if you want to proceed click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to checkout you will be taken onto the Paypal secure website to fill in your details. Once I receive your order I will post your item to you within 7 days.
If you see something you like, and want to purchase it offline, that is fine too, so please email me info@alliumdesign.com and we can arrange this.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
How to Pay
I accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta through the secure online payments system Paypal. If you prefer to use cheque or bankers draft please call or email, and that can be arranged offline. Please allow extra time for cheque clearance.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in pounds sterling. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.
Gift Wrapping
All items are gift wrapped in Allium Design boxes.
Privacy
I take your privacy very seriously. I do not see any of your personal financial details, as that is taken care of on the secure Paypal website. Any contact details received through the payment process, or the contact form are only seen by me to ensure you receive your item, deal with your request, or contact you about Allium Design. Personal details will be kept strictly confidential and not distributed to third parties.
Delivery and Postage
All items are sent by Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Postage and insurance are charged at £6.00 within the UK.
Items ordered through the website will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the order. Where items are being made to order, a delivery schedule will be arranged with you.
Order Cancellation
Orders made through the website can be cancelled if the goods have not yet been dispatched and you will be refunded within 30 days. If goods have been dispatched then they can be returned, but I am not responsible for costs associated with return, and you will not be refunded for initial postage.
Where items are being made to order the terms will be agreed on a one to one basis with you.
Returns Policy
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. I accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your item, in the original packaging and unworn. If you want to return your item please email me at info@alliumdesign.com as soon as possible and I will send you a returns number and information on what to do. You will receive a refund within 30 days for the item, but initial postage will not be refunded and you will be responsible for costs associated with returning the item.
I recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are sent at your expense. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed.
I cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears for reasons of hygiene.
Where items are being made to order the terms will be agreed on a one to one basis with you.
If your items have arrived damaged in some way, please let me know immediately at info@alliumdesign.com and I will arrange a replacement.
